This is an outstanding senior level appointment in a major, blue chip organisation for a Head of Data and Document Services based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Your main remit will be to use your strategic vision around records*document management to build a portfolio of services in this arena. You will be the leading force in paving the way for change across the business. The main service areas are document capture, distribution, archive and retrieval. You must have high level commercial awareness and a very high customer service ethos.
You will need the following skills*experience:
*leading staff numbers in excess of 500
*experience in implementing the use of e-business solutions to manage document*records
*direct budget experience of Ј25m +
*experience of system integration
*an affinity for change
*solid understanding of IT and system integration
*risk assessment
*ability to devise a clearly defined proposition to take to market with regards to document management
